OUR STORY & OUR HISTORY
From humble beginnings to propelling New Mexico forward
1981
Brothers Daniel Corona, Samuel Corona, and Jose Luis Corona immigrated to the United States in 1981 from Durango, Mexico. Like many immigrants, they began their labor in the crop fields.
1985
In 1985 they were introduced to industrial concrete in Las Cruces, New Mexico. After a short period of working in concrete construction, their father Jose Corona motivated and provided the funds to achieve a concrete contractor's license and to start the business.
1995
In 1995 Daniel and Samuel began in residential construction.
1997
By 1997 they were awarded their first commercial project for New Mexico State University Dona Branch Community College addition and renovations with ESA Construction Inc. Since that day Las Cruces Construction has continued to work with ESA Construction.
TODAY
As a family-owned business, the second generation of seven sons is now taking their father's footsteps in concrete. Today Las Cruces Construction has advanced in concrete construction technology, certification, and management.
